This chapter explains the Settings menu provided by your machine. The Settings menu provides various options for administrators to set in order to use the machine to its full capabilities.

This administrator’s guide mainly describes features administrators would often use and settings to set before using the machine. For some options, you need to contact your local service provider to set the settings. Some menus may not appear on the display screen depending on the settings or models. If so, it is not applicable to your machine. Some options are only available to the administrator depending on the authentication settings selected (see Authentication).
